Synopsis:
The drama is based on the popular manga of the same name by Nakajo Hisaya, which has already been dramatized in Taiwan. Horikita plays the protagonist Ashiya Mizuki, a Japanese girl in the U.S. who one day sees the young athlete Sano Izumi (Oguri) compete in the high jump on television. She begins to idolize him, and decides to move to Japan to attend the same school as him. Review:
Awe, another remake of one of the most popular manga sold in Japan. I really liked the taiwanese "Hana Kimi", but I prefer this one instead because the story made more sense. The choice of characters weren't so shabby as well ;) Oguri Shun, who played Rui in Hana Yori Dango was a perfect choice to play Sano Izumi ! I really loved him in Hana Yori Dango, so that also made me excited to see him play this athletic role :)
