Review:

The second season was a bit boring in the beginning, especially with the honeymoon and encountering some love rivals. However there were some hilarious scenes such as Xiang Xin's wish to watch a video of her wedding day because of Zhi Shu's (fake) illness :P Jiro playing Ah Jin is also back but this time having someone of his own to fall in love with. Even though the first few episodes were about how he was still in love with Xiang Xin, his pairing with the foreign exchange student Christine was pretty cute :) They really do make a good pairing, and also made the story more interesting as well. Figaro Cheng who starred in Devil Beside You as Mike He's younger brother was also included in the sequel. He plays a student who is learning to become a nurse along with Xiang Xin. What is even more dramatic is that he starts to fall in love with her, even though their first encounter was an awfully negative one. Zhi Shu's true feelings for Xiang Xin shows a lot more in the sequel than it was during the first. I find that his jealousy over Xiang Xin makes his character more exciting to watch. His new haircut was a bit of a shock to me, because his hair from before didn't really make him look like a girl... :\ but I guess others thought otherwise...anyways you get used to his haircut since you see him a lot during the episodes. All the characters have seemed to also matured like Xiang Xin, and Yu Shu with his apparent love life (which strangely resembles Xiang Xin and Zhi Shu's). Sadly, the ending of the sequel couldn't be completely made since the author of the manga Itazura na Kiss (Tada Kaoru) had passed away from never waking up from her downfall causing her coma. The ending of the second season was still satisfying, but I still think that the first season had a "happier" ending. This drama is a must watch as well! Xiang Xin and Zhi Shu forever♥
